Dr. Chaim Jakob started his own Specialty practice in 2016, out of a desire to develop a new kind of endodontic practice in Midtown, Manhattan. In 2019 Midtown Root Canal Specialists opened a new state of the art facility in Brooklyn, NY where Dr. Jakob went on to provide thousands of patients with the highest quality endodontic treatment available. In 2024 the office relocated to Boca Raton, FL into brand new, custom designed location. We are committed to excellence in tooth saving procedures and we use the most advanced equipment available today.
