Dr. Chaim A. Jakob, originally from Brooklyn, NY, graduated from the Case School of Dental Medicine in 2012, where he developed a strong passion for endodontics. As president of the Endodontics Club, he received the prestigious Student Achievement Award from the American Association of Endodontists and volunteered at The Free Clinic of Greater Cleveland, saving teeth that would otherwise have been extracted.
After dental school, Dr. Jakob completed his endodontics residency at Lutheran Medical Center (NYU Langone). He has been in private practice since 2014, initially founding Midtown Root Canal Specialists in NYC, which relocated to a custom-designed space in Brooklyn in 2019. In 2024, Dr. Jakob and his family moved to South Florida, where he opened Jakob Endodontics, a state-of-the-art endodontic facility located in Boca Raton, incorporating the latest advancements in the field.
Dr. Jakob is a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, making lasting memories together
Lian Attias is a dedicated front desk professional known for her commitment to delivering excellent customer service and support. She is currently pursuing a psychology degree at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) with plans to specialize in the field. Originally from Israel and now residing in Florida, Lian is bilingual in Hebrew and English, which enables her to build connections with a wide range of individuals.
When she’s not at work or studying, Lian enjoys unwinding at the beach, where she finds peace and inspiration in the tranquil surroundings. With a strong commitment to personal development and academic success, Lian is determined to build a career that allows her to inspire others and make a lasting difference in the field of psychology.
Stephanny Campos is a passionate dental assistant currently studying biology in college, aiming to follow in her family’s footsteps as a second-generation dentist. Originally from Brazil, she brings a warm, compassionate approach to patient care, striving to create a comfortable and supportive environment. Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, Stephanny connects with a diverse range of patients, offering care in multiple languages.
Outside of her professional and academic endeavors, she enjoys embroidery, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and spending time with her husband and church community. Stephanny is driven by a passion for healthcare and community, aiming to provide exceptional dental care while continuing to grow both professionally and personally through her family’s legacy and her own ambitions.
Tali Jakob is originally from Brooklyn, NY, where she graduated from Brooklyn College with a degree in Psychology. This background has greatly enhanced her ability to understand patients on a deeper level, allowing her to connect with them and provide care in a warm and compassionate way.
Since marrying Dr. Jakob in 2019, Tali has been deeply involved in the endodontic industry, learning from Dr. Jakob himself, whom she considers the best teacher. Skilled in both front desk duties and assisting patients, Tali is there for every step of the patient journey — from the initial phone call to post-operative follow-ups — providing consistent care and guidance.
Outside of work, Tali enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter, going on family trips, and creating lasting memories with their extended families.
