Words can’t express how phenomenal Dr. Jakob and his Boca Raton, FL team are. I was in desperate need for a last minute root canal on thanksgiving of all days. I was able to get in contact with his receptionist and she assured me that he could accommodate me on a HOLIDAY. And that is indeed what he and his team did. I walked out feeling like a new person, astonished with the deep professionalism, efficiency, and modernness that the office emulates. Way to go Dr. Jakob. You made my day, month, and year. Wow! This was the first dental experience I have had with no pain, no gagging, and extremely friendly and nice dental staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and calm. Wow! I can’t recommend Dr. Jakob and his team enough. Dr. Jakob listened patiently and intently and proceeded with great care. He was professional and had great bedside manners, as did his lovely staff. With that said, his office was beautiful and so relaxing. You almost forget you’re at a dentists office while on the chair overlooking palm trees. The office was clean, organized and looked like it was top of the line in aesthetic and equipment.
